The House

Val d´Azur – Valbonne

The house was built in the late 80’s  and during the winter/spring 2003/2004 it has undergone an extensive renovation and was also extended.

We have room for four, possibly five people, and rent out weekly from March to October. In other times of the year we rent out for a full month.

The house has 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, mezzanine/loft with 1 bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In one of the bedrooms is a safe. Sheets and towels are available at a low cost.

Large living room with fireplace and dining area, telephone, satellite TV, radio / CD player.

Small, but practical and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Storage room with washing machine.

Total area 84 square meters.

The garden has a furnished patio located south and has sun all day. A pergola in Provencal style over the terrace gives shade. Sunbeds with parasols and a Weber grill with electric lighters  at your disposal. Evening Light on the terrace and in the garden. The garden is maintained by a gardener who comes once a week.

Automatic Watering takes place at night. The house is very quiet located in a well-run area with green spaces.

Private parking place next to the house.

Swimming-pool, boule-court and three tennis courts are within the area and may be used free of charge.
